White Marrow Squash seeds
This variety of squash originated in Lebanon and is known for its cream-colored skin and white flesh. The skin is thicker than other varieties, allowing this squash to hold its shape when boiled or baked. The flavor is mild and nutty, making it ideal for savory dishes. It's the main ingredient in the Lebanese dish, Kousa Mahshi, which consists of marrow squash stuffed with rice or meat and various seasonings. Although these can grow large, they are ideal if picked tender around the 6"-8" mark. These are a great container variety!
