Spaghetti squash seeds
The perfect alternative to regular pasta! Spaghetti squash is part of the cucurbit family and is a versatile and tasty squash. When raw, the flesh inside the squash is actually firm like a lot of other squash. It can be cut up and put into salads, or in warm soups to add texture. Once the squash is roasted, the flesh comes apart into delicious string-like ribbons perfect for accommodating a variety of sauces and seasonings!
Once you have harvested the squash, you can keep the seeds or even better...roast them as they are as good, if not better than pumpkin seeds! Like other squash, the blossoms are also edible. The blossoms not only smell amazing early in the morning, but they are massive and attract pollinators like crazy! These can be grown in pots, raised beds, and even trellised!
