Winter Luxury Pie Pumpkin seeds
The Winter Luxury Pie pumpkin is also known as the Livingston Pie Squash was introduced to the public in 1893 in the state of Philidelphia. This pumpkin has won several awards for its robust flavor in pumpkin pies. The skin of this pumpkin is a lighter orange with light tan-brown netting patterns up the sides with some forgiving smooth lines along the subtle ribs of the pumpkin.
This pumpkin has earned its name on account of its decorative outside. At a glance, the pumpkin resembles a traditional Jack-O-Lantern pumpkin, but is a little rounder and covered in a light frost almost. Grow it for its gorgeous exterior, then consume it for the holidays. This pumpkin's prime role in the kitchen will be as an ingredient in your favorite pumpkin pie recipe. Each pumpkin will weigh between 6-10 lbs.
