Honey & Cream F1 Corn seeds
This classic hybrid was named for its sweet white and yellow kernels. This corn provides a creaminess similar to what white corn produces, but with the sweetness that yellow corn offers. Honey and cream corn is one of the sweetest corn available. The sweetness of the corn does suggest a slight honey flavor making this corn ideal for corn puddings, cornbread, mixed with green chilis and butter, creamed, etc.
This corn also does well when frozen, canned, or dried. You can use this corn for decoration although it's best when consumed fresh due to its appealing flavor and sweetness.
The stalks of the honey and cream corn can reach up to 7 1/2-8 feet tall. Each stalk will produce around 6-9 ears of corn. Due to their height, these also double well as a temporary "privacy fence" for the spring and summer if you plant them strategically. Equally, you can also use the dried stalks for arts and crafts, decorations, or to stake plants for the following year.
