Black Nebula Carrot seeds
Black Nebula carrots are one of the darkest carrot varieties available today. The exterior is a deep purple, almost black to the eye. Unlike other traditional black or purple varieties, the Black Nebula's deep purple hue carries out to its core. These carrots can get to be 9"-10" long. The roots are narrow and straight and they taper towards the end. They are incredibly sweet and can be enjoyed fresh, steamed, juiced, or used to create natural dyes. The flavor has been described as sweet and earthy.
