Apache Red Onion seeds
Apache red bunching onions are mild and sweet onion that is great in salads and stir-fries. The tops can be used as green onions in omelets and soups. Depending on when you grow these, the color will range from a vibrant purple (springtime) to a fuchsia color (planted in fall). The apache red is a great way to get several onions out of a small amount of real estate. Since these onions are narrow and slim, you can grow these in window boxes, and containers, or fill in the gaps if you are utilizing the square-foot gardening method.
