Angel Hair F1 Spaghetti Squash seeds
Angel hair F1 spaghetti squash is perfect as a single-serving squash. If you have a family to feed, no worries! This variety will produce up to 15 fruits per vine! Angel hair spaghetti squash is smaller than your usual run-of-the-mill spaghetti squash. The color is also darker, it almost resembles a deep yellow color, almost like that of an egg yolk.
The flesh inside is stringy like spaghetti (hence the name), but a little thinner than traditional varieties. In our experience, this variety is a sure-fire and reliable squash to grow. It's extremely easy and low maintenance. We trellis these on a cattle panel wall we built. Even though they can get a little heavy, no support is needed. The stem and vine will thicken naturally to support the weight.
For newer gardeners, this is still considered a winter squash. We had so many last years, we had some last almost 9 months before it started to turn. Spaghetti squash is excellent for gluten-free, keto, vegan, and vegetarian folks. This also makes a great side or main entree if you do have meat in your diet. It's also incredibly healthy on account of its vitamin content. Angel Hair Spaghetti squash can get up to 2 lbs.
