Superschmelz kohlrabi (Giant White) seeds
Superschmelz Kohlrabi is the largest kohlrabi variety available. This German heirloom can reach an incredible size of 10-12 inches in diameter and up to 12 pounds. The exterior of this variety is smooth and will range from white to a light green color. While almost all kohlrabi becomes fibrous with size, the Superschmelz will remain tender even at its mature size.
