Special Export F1 Kabocha seeds

This is a hybrid kabocha that is dark in color, somewhat flat, and has very little mottling in color. This variety of kabocha is high yielding and the flesh inside is slightly sweet and the texture is smooth and dry ( in a favorable way).

This kabocha has been created to yield a high amount of fruits on a shorter, thicker, bush type vine. Each kabocha will range between 3-4 lbs.

This kabocha has a long storage life and would lend itself best in Autumn pastries, or mixed with savory ingredients in a stew, hash, or even cut and fried into kabocha fries.
