Savor F1 Melon seeds
Savor melons are small-sized, about 4.5 inches in diameter, and slightly obliterate in their shape. The deep orange flesh inside smells slightly floral and the flavor is said to have a sweet and mild flavor, similar to a cantaloupe but richer and deeper with a slight musky nuance. The exterior of this melon has a traditional net pattern with a grayish color and dark green smooth sutures running up the surface from the base, the rind is also slightly ribbed.
This variety is resistant to Fusarium wilt and it has intermediate powdery mildew resistance. Savor melon is delicious eaten fresh on its own or paired with other melons in a fruit salad. This can also be frozen to make sorbet or popsicles.
