Butterscotch Butternut Squash (F1) seeds
This hybrid is a fun variety to grow! These seeds will produce a prolific vine that will grow several mini personal-sized butternut squashes. The flavor is sweet, earthy, and complex. These are great for stuffing, and can easily stand on their own as the main entree.
If you have an issue with powdery mildew then you're in luck! These guys are powdery mildew-resistant. This means a longer growing season to produce more squash as they will not succumb to an early demise due to PMR. Due to the sheer amount of squash the vines will yield, you will have plenty to share or to sell at a farmers/flea market. These will also do well in a large container, just make sure to fertilize once a week and use a slow-release fertilizer or dress with organic matter. These will also store for up to 3 months after harvesting.
