Baby Beet seeds
A quick maturing miniature beet variety! Baby Beets are sweeter than other beet varieties, crunchy, and incredibly compact. Each beet can grow from 1"-1 1/2". Baby Beets are ideal for container gardening and great for those with limited space or a balcony garden. Due to their size, these beets can be steamed whole, or halved and used in fresh salads, smoothies, juiced, or roasted in the oven to concentrate the sugars. These are also delicious pan-fried with browned butter and rosemary.
Grow Baby Beets in containers, window boxes, or even hydroponically. The greens can also be used in salads, soups, and sauteed. Since these are smaller, they are quicker to mature. Great for those who have a shorter growing season or smaller gardens.
